At HJS, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to international logistics complexities, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (no "change of mind" returns).
To qualify for a return:
✅ Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags/materials
✅ Proof: Valid order number or receipt
✅ Timing: Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
❌ Non-returnable:
Customized products (e.g., special keycap sets)
Opened/assembled keyboards (unless defective)
Sale items or gift cards
